 Today it’s easy to buy products on the Internet, but in the back of my mind I always worry about what happens if there’s a problem. Anyone can sell you something – that’s the easy part, but if you hit a hurdle how will the company, being “at a distance”, look after you then?
 
My order with Bathroom Creations for a mirrored cabinet went smoothly. However, I was busy and didn’t get around to checking it until quite a few days after it arrived. Unfortunately, when I did I found damage to the base which had happened in transit. I sent an email to Wayne with a couple of pictures attached but as I hadn’t checked the item straight away wondered if there would be a tussle. I need not have worried. Wayne could not have been more reassuring and there was no “tussle” or grief of any kind. In fact the opposite was the case. Wayne knew I needed the cabinet quickly but the snow meant deliveries were stranded. He got round this by contacting the wholesaler and got them to agree to make an exception and deliver a new cabinet to me direct. Consequently it arrived well within time for the builders.
 
Things can happen which are no ones fault. What makes Bathroom Creations a stand out Internet company is how they looked after me when things weren’t straightforward and I could not be more impressed. You can order from this company knowing their prices are excellent but equally as important they will support you when it comes to after-sales service. An exceptional internet company and I recommend them unreservedly. 10/10
